Featured Success Story - Chickie

 

Hello, this is Tyler and Julie writing to update everyone at the
shelter on how Chickie is doing!

We are so so happy with Chickie and she makes us smile and laugh everyday. All things considered, we have had it very easy with her and no major issues thus far. She definitely likes to test us and is a little rough around the edges but we are patient with her and we know that with time she is going to be an absolutely amazing dog. She has been enrolled in obedience classes for a few weeks now and we plan to continue for a long time since we have so much fun and it is so great for Chick`s training and socialization.

She always has a smile on while we are there. Her favorite time of day is when we get home from work and take her outside to play or walk.

Her least favorite time of day is when we kick her out of bed at night since
she loves to sleep with us. She always listens though and has even stopped sneaking back into bed in the middle of the night. We usually wake up to her in her bed completely covered by her blanket which always makes us laugh. We cannot get enough of her smiles, grunts, floppy ears, wagging tail, and her clumsiness and goofiness. We really can`t imagine not having her around at this point, she really has been so much fun.
